Keep in mind:

Contract period: 6 months. After this period the contract will automatically continue and can be cancelled with 1 month notice.
Payment monthly or per 12 months.
One-off setup fee: €150,00 in case of monthly payments / in case of payment full year in advance FREE of charge.

Sometimes webshop merchants (owners or managers) come to us with their webshop questions by email or telephone. To understand what is needed to help or to solve the issue, our PrestaShop experts will have to do some research to understand the errors, problems or configuration challenges. Feedback of the error/problem/question will be by email, telephone or video conference call, including a time specification of what needs to be done. If the fixes are easy/small, they will be solved right away during the available time of course.
Please choose the number of hours that was indicated by our (support) staff. Minimum price is €190,00 which includes 1 hour of research and time for feedback. Additional hours are €95,00 p/hr. All prices are excluding VAT.
